Your voucher certificate is emailed after purchase.
4. Contact the flying school
Use the booking details on your voucher to arrange a suitable date.
5. Provider validates your voucher
The flying school checks that your voucher is active and valid for that experience.
6. Booking is agreed
Once a date is agreed, the provider redeems the voucher using the unique PIN.
7. Enjoy your experience
Arrive on the day and enjoy your Air Experience.
How Gift Vouchers Work
1. Buy a Gift Voucher
Choose the Gift Voucher value you would like to purchase.
2. Recipient chooses an experience
The recipient browses the Air Experiences website and chooses the flight they would like.
3. Submit the redemption form
They complete the Gift Voucher redemption form and tell Air Experiences which experience they would like.
4. Air Experiences issues an Experience Voucher
The team manually converts the Gift Voucher into the selected Experience Voucher.
5. Follow the normal booking process
The recipient then contacts the flying school and follows the standard Experience Voucher process.
Need to top up?
If the experience you’ve selected costs more than your Gift Voucher value, Air Experiences may ask you to purchase a Custom Amount Voucher for the remaining balance before issuing your Experience Voucher.
