This is the classic “first-time flyer” experience.
With the Standard WingWalk you’ll be securely harnessed to the top wing of a vintage 1940s biplane (a 450-hp Boeing Stearman)
• The flight is scenic and serene rather than extreme.
• There are no aerobatic manoeuvres — no loops, rolls or high-G turns.
In short: Standard WingWalk = peaceful, majestic, perfect for first-timers who want to experience wing-walking without high intensity.

SMALL PRINT
– Weight limit on this activity is 14 stone (90kg).
– All participants must be under 6’2″ tall and be able to climb into cockpit of aircraft.
– Min. age: 14 years, max. age: no upper age.
– Winter, as these aircraft are open cockpit we do reduce the number of flights over winter months (it gets cold up there!).
– Clients must be capable of entering and leaving the cockpit with assistance from only one person.
– The flights are in the minutes shown chock to chock (aircraft brakes off to brakes on) approx 15min
– Flights operate May to November and 3 to 7 days per month.
