The Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) Air Show 2020 has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. The well-attended air show normally takes place at RAF Fairford, Gloucestershire during the summer. However on this occasion RIAT 2020 has been cancelled and probably like you, the team at Air Experiences are very disappointed.
The world’s biggest military air show was meant to be running 17th– 19th July 2020 featuring the US Air Force B52’s, The Red Arrows and the Harrier along with all the Air Forces around the world joining together.
We, along with over 180,000 spectators were very much looking forward to seeing the RIAT show but sadly it couldn’t go ahead this year like many others including: Midlands Air Festival, Farnborough Air Show and the RAF Cosford Air Show.
Want to make your own RIAT air show?
Air experiences has got creative and is offering you the chance to make your own private air show with an RAF Special flight experience!
Bring the family down, get suited and booted in the classic green RAF flyingsuit and take to the skies in a former RAF Firefly. Fly over RAF Fairford or RAF Brize Norton to cast your eyes on the massive beasts of the B52’s or C-17’s (Globe Master) and of course the war-time historical RAF aerodromes.
Think that’s it? Nope!
It’s then time to buckle up tight and experience some thrilling aerobatic manoeuvres on your flight back. Brace yourself for loop-the-loops, spins and rolls before coming back down to earth for your family to take photographs of you, like a real RAF pilot!
Take flight and enjoy a flying gift experience you’ll never forget!
